Since 2011, Patched Together has raised over $170,000 to support children and families through the Home Nursing Agency’s Healing Patch. Your support helps grieving children find hope, connection, and healing.
Patched Together 2025 is a family-friendly event featuring live music, giveaways, supervised children’s activities, face painting, arts & crafts, basket raffles, and fun for all ages. Come enjoy a night of music and community, knowing that every dollar helps local children who are grieving the loss of someone they love.
About The Event
Join us Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Bavarian Aid Society for the 15th Annual Patched Together Concert!
This family-friendly music event brings together live performances, giveaways, games, arts and crafts, a basket raffle, and plenty of fun for all ages — all in support of a heartfelt cause.
Patched Together harnesses the power of music and community to raise funds for the Home Nursing Agency’s Healing Patch: A Program for Loss and Hope for Grieving Children and Their Families. The event runs from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and features a variety of local and regional bands, prizes between sets, and entertainment that celebrates both remembrance and hope.
Come enjoy an evening of music, compassion, and connection — and help make a difference for grieving children and families in our community.
